TamTam and Estate Internet awarded the tender for The Hague University of Applied Sciences
In the next four years, TamTam (part of Dept) and Estate Internet, together, will build the new platform for The Hague University of Applied Sciences. The website will be better tailored to the various target groups. One spearhead is internationalisation of the platform and clarification of the complex processes and services.
The website of The Hague University of Applied Sciences is mostly used by students who are looking for their dream educational programme. In the past year, the design was updated entirely, both technically and visually, and optimised for mobile devices. TamTam (part of Dept) was responsible for the strategy, concept and user experience. Estate, an expert with respect to the chosen Progress ‘Sitefinity’ CMS, was responsible for the back-end. Large, appealing photos and clear content blocks are key. Via well-structured menus, the visitor navigates to information on educational programmes, research and open days, in just a few clicks.
In the next 4 years, the focus will be on continuing to better serve potential students, as well as the other target groups and stakeholders of The Hague University of Applied Sciences. The university’s international character will also be a spearhead when expanding the platform. Personalisation is key in this regard. Specific user segments will see information tailored especially to them. Complex processes will also be clarified and made more accessible per target group.
